In collaboration with Bert Agency, we were briefed with two clear requests from the client when scoping the work; To be visually appealing and user friendly to the general public and to integrate the public facing website with a bespoke built internal system for staff members, GPs and practices.
With Bert, we created a full specification and planned user journeys to ensure that the different visitors to the site would be able to find the relevant information. The designs were built and developed to be fully responsive, ensuring users accessing the website on tablets and smart phones are delivered with the best possible user experience.
A dynamic and responsive website that perfectly serves the two user groups. Whilst the general public site remains clear and concise, the internal staff members areas catalogues a huge amount of rich content which is easy to filter through and find what the user is looking for.
Since the website and intranet went live earlier this year, just under 7,000 members have logged in, and nearly 50,000 sessions.
